At Kibble, we’re all about getting your goodies to you as quickly and smoothly as possible because your dog shouldn’t have to wait to feel amazing.

Processing & Dispatch

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or launch weeks, it may take an extra day (we promise it’s worth the wait!).

Shipping Times

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow its journey.

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 2–7 business days
Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unexpected events.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us at support@itskibbletime.com and we’ll sort it out quickly. We’re here to help every step of the way.

Address Changes

If you made a typo or need to update your details, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes but we’ll do everything we can.
